Lets play a little game [well not really] but I've thought I should do a blog on what I perfer to use or wear.

Hair:

1. short or long? LONG (last year I got a bob hair cut and regret it so much. I like it but I just don't think it fit me as much as long hair. Some of my friends think it suit  really me well but as for me, not so much. So yea, never cutting my hair short again.)

2. black or blonde? BLACK. (I don't match blonde. I've done it in the past  and it makes me look super pale.hahaha. Knowing that I have such a tan color too, it just makes me look funny. I don't mind a light brown but not blonde)

3. curl or straight? BOTH (that's a hard one b/c I love them both. It just depend on my moods and how I want to do with my hair that day)

Makeup;

4. eye liner or mascara? EYE LINER. ( I used them both but I think I can go without using mascara)

5. lipstick or lip gloss? LIPSTICK. ( Again I used them both but lately I've just using lipsticks)

6. light shadows or dark? BOTH ( I like applying light makeup in the the day time and dark at night time. Although there are days when I do dark makeup in the day time too.)

7. blush or bronzer? BLUSH. ( I uses blush everyday unless I'm not putting any makeup on. In the other hand, I can go without bronzer)

Fashion:

8. dress or skirt? DRESS. ( If you know me, you know how much I love dresses! lol)

9. jeans or dress pants? JEANS. ( I barely wear dress pants unless it's for an interview for something important.)

10. shorts or leggings? BOTH. (summer=shorts and fall/winter=leggings)

11. scarfs or hats? SCARFS. (I adore scarfs. They're super cute. I owned too many scarfs vs. hats, I think I only owned 3-4--and I barely wear them too.)

12. heels or flats? BOTH (flats = day time and heels = night time/special occasion)

13. Purse or wallet? PURSE. (I can never have enough purses!)

14. Fur or Leather? BOTH (depending on what it is and if it matches me)

15. earrings or necklaces? EARRINGS (this one is a hard one b/c I love them both and owned lots of it. The only reason why I said earring is b/c I cannot start the day with wearing any earrings. I will feel too nake.LOL)

Okay that's it. Why don't you tell me, what you perfer now???

our early xmas dinner && foods that we love

The boyfriend took me out to eat at "Cheesecake Factory" last night as an early xmas dinner! The food was super yummy!

Whenever I go there, I usually just get this or their "Chicken Bang Bang". I'm too afraid to try new dish.hahaha! This is when Koua comes in---he prefer trying new dishes, so I just get some sample taste from him. SMART EH? haha)

Koua's dish: I think it's call "Diane Steak and fish"?!?!?!

(the steak were so good! Although I didn't really like the fish that much

 but than again I'm not too much of a sea foods fan! Try it, if you have't before. You'll love it.)

And of course me being a camera whore, I just have to take some pictures of

myself and my makeups of the night. It's just very simple and natural.

Since I'm already talking about foods, I thought I shared a couple pictures of Koua and mine favorite dish that I make :)

SEA FOOD! (this is the only sea food dish that I like! I learned it from my sister in law)

YUMMM-this makes me hungry.

Koua & I love eating "pho" We make/eat pho almost twice a month. LOL. Pho is the one dish that Koua will make on his own without any help from me.haha! I love our "pho" days because I'll just sit and do my own thing while he cook for us to eat. ^_^

I cannot wait to go back home this Thursday and celebrate xmas (spend time) with my family! Every year, my family and I play "Secret Santa"! This year we are adding something new to it---who ever bought the BEST GIFT win $40!!!! (lets hope I'll win.hahaha). I cannot wait to find out who have me and what they got me!!! Ohhhhh btw, this Wednesday Koua will be taking me to go buy my xmas gift! I'm super excited and cannot wait! OHHH life can't get any better than this.hahaha! I love the holidays!!!!

FOTN in celebration of end of the semester

Last friday, some of the girlfriends and I went out to Suite night club in Milwaukee to celebrate and dance the night away since we all PASSED OUR CLASSES this fall semester.

---I'm soooo HAPPY to say I manage passed my stupied Math 221 & my C++ Programming! Theses classes were no joke! (although I already know that next semester the classes will be even harder). I'm ready for the next step of life, which is my first year of senior year! I'm just two semester away from graduating and cannot be more excited! Although I should not be too excited yet because anything can happen within those two sesmester! I tell Koua all the time that if I don't graduate by Fall 2011, I will cry my heart out!!!!

Makeup Photoshoot

This past Sunday, my friend Choua and I did a makeup photoshoot. The getting ready and putting makeups on was the best part & most fun ^_^ It took us almost 2-3 hours to get ready and only about an hour for the shoot.lol. We were inspired by some of the beautiful eyes makeup that I found on google.

After this photoshoot, I really want to do more shoots with makeups.LOL. I promise there will be more coming soon...hahaha...especially now that I'm on Winter Break too. The next one will be more of a darker shadows and maybe even better too. ^_^ But first lets celebrate the holidays.

look of the day

Hello all....so since there's notthing to do here at work tonight I decided to do a blog again on my new dress that I just bought from H&M for only $20 (orginal price was $34.99) and my look for the day. 

Before anything else, I have a funny story to tell! So, this morning my neice woke up and saw me getting ready and all dress up...she was like "wtf, you going to a party or what?" and I was like, "No, just getting glam up for fun and taking pictures!" and then what do you know, my neice started cracking up b/c she find it super funny for a person to get up and just take pictures.hahahaha. Of course she called me the "biggest camera whore ever".lmao! Anyways, ENJOY the pictures.

Here's my beautiful dress I bought from H&M! It was like love at first sight. I saw it, tried it on and right then I knew I just have to get it. No Questions ask!!! hahaha.

&& here's my look of the day! I really want to go for a big bold look so I used my fake thick lashes that my sister ordered line (I just snap a couple from her.lol) Instead of doing just a natural look, I decided to have some fun and go GREEN. And then of course blended up with some lighter eye shadows. 

What I used:

Eyes: Sophora eye primer, maybelline's Antique Jade [165], Mac dark gray eyeshadow, and Cover Girl's mascara

Face: American Beauty's liquid foundation, VS's powder foundation, VS bronzer, and Maybelline Mousse concealer

Checks: Flirt's "Heartrob" blush

Lip: Revlon "Nude Attitude"

&& then of course after all those fun, I changed into something causal that I can wear to work.
Change ---wearing my big hoop earrings that I got it from Forever21 a long time ago.

--added a long simple necklace that I got A'caci

This is totally random but I just ordered a bunch of products from ELF today and cannot wait till it gets here! Thanks to my friend Choua Xiong for telling me about the 50% off deal!



wavy hair & etc.

I'm so jealous of girls who have thick & lots of hair!!! If you have not notice, I have very thin hair. Therefore I like to curl my hair whenever I get the chance. It helps add volume and make it look like I at least have more hair than I do. A natural wavy look is always pretty. It also helps add some glam in my look, which is always a good thing.

What I used:
1. comb to tease my hair (to add some volume)
2. hair spray ( I used TRESsmme)
3. 1.5 inch hair curl

This past Sunday, Koua and I went to the Dollar Tree to buy some xmass wrappers and so I decided to stop by the makeup section. Came to my surprise that they actually some of the Elf and Max's product. I quickly grab some. LOL. These are only the two that I got for myself...The others I gave it out as gifts for friends & family.

As you all my have already know, I LOVE TO SHOP SHOP SHOP! Went to Mayfair Mall a couple days ago and saw these cute little "foot warmer" in ForLove21. They were only $3.50 each! How cheap is that, right??? I snap three of them. One for myself and two for my two friends :) Aren't they cute?? I love it! It really help keep my feet nice and warm.

While at Mayfair, I stopped by Aldo Store. Saw these gorgeous gold earrings and bought them. Got them for only $5. It was part of there "buy two for the price of one"---so I got myself a ring to go along with it.

I've been eyeing at these pumps for awhile now so yesterday while at Forever21 I was like, "you know what, Im just gona get it!!" lol. I super love the nude color, for months I've been looking for this color!! I'm so glad I found it for such a great price---Only $17!

The more lipstick the better :)
